We currently offer shipping services exclusively to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Handling Duration: All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date your order is placed and payment is fully authorized.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. A separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your package has been dispatched.

Transit Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time within the contiguous U.S. is 3 to 5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance and weather conditions.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer standard ground shipping at no cost to you. There are no minimum purchase requirements or handling fees associated with this service. All shipping costs are fully covered by us.

Carrier Selection
We select the most appropriate and reliable shipping partner for each order, based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Our logistics team works with major national carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Policy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and secure shipping address.
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges for reshipment will apply.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders or mail forwarding services.

Change or Cancel Order
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, you must contact our support team immediately via email at info@rawwliinngs.it.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered the fulfillment process, changes may no longer be possible.
